I came in with a bunch of car problems, thought I wouldn’t even get approved but thankfully I got approved! Even better I got approved for the exact truck I wanted! This place is a SCAM!!! Our amazing car tired out to be junk. Found out all the issues it had. Unfortunately it took us a week to figure it all out.. it was in a major car accident that was never reported. All the security alerts kept going off as I was driving. I got locked in and out of the car numerous times and wouldn’t start some times. Took it to our local KIA dealership and they went over everything..I’m so mad at myself for not knowing better. They literally glued pieces together under the hood. Spray painted the dashboard. What a mess. The refuses to take responsibility til we threatened them with a lawyer. They found us another used carnival but it was coming from Florida. Literally took months to get this squared away. It took me so long to edit this review as I didn’t know that was even an option. DON’T SHOP HERE!! My family has been looking for a bigger car for over a year now. My husband found the Kia Carnival here and messaged the dealership. Samantha reached out to us right away. She was amazing. We drove an hour to go see the car. She went with me for the test drive and talked to me like we knew each other for years. While waiting for all the details she put on Ms Rachel for our 1 year old to keep him entertained. Samantha was very personable, made us feel very comfortable during the whole process. Chris from financial was very informative with all of our options. Made it very easy for us. The two of them are a great duo. Thanks Samantha and Chris for our families new vehicle, can’t wait for all of our road-trips. Oh, I can’t forget. I’m still texting Samantha asking questions about the car. Plus, I left a few sentimental items in our trade in, that she went and retrieved and is willing to mail back to me. I can’t thank her enough for that. Highly recommend Carsindex!!
