As first time car buyer going to a dealership is always nerve racking but Harry truly made our experience smooth. He very friendly and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Despite being short of staff he was extremely attentive and made us feel like we were in good hands. He went above and beyond. Truly a 10/10 experience!

Dan is always a pleasure to work with. He is very helpful with booking appointments and calls back in a timely manner. My car is always taken well care of and is usually done within a decent time frame.

Amazing experience here at Cars Index with both Harry and Mark! They provided exceptional service for both my mother and I and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. Harry did a wonderful job helping us choose the best vehicle. Even though I was hesitant and nervous about the whole process, both Harry and Mark put me at ease. They worked within our price range and made sure the car was checked out and ready to go the next day (with a brand new battery included in the price too!) Very helpful bunch. Very easy process. Come here instead of some of the less reputable used car dealerships in the area!
