I recently purchased a car from this private dealership. Initially, I wasn’t very confident about them, but the entire purchasing process turned out to be quite reassuring. I was the first one to inquire about this vehicle, and even though I offered to put down a deposit to secure it, the owner assured me he would hold the car for me. Despite many others calling about it, he kept his promise, which I truly appreciated.Their customer service and professionalism were commendable. Although there are some negative reviews out there, my experience shows they are working hard to improve.The only downside was that on my way back, the car felt very bumpy. Upon checking, I found the tire pressures were as high as 84 and 75 psi, which is definitely not appropriate. I had to release some air on the highway. I hope they will pay more attention to such details and ensure vehicles are thoroughly inspected before delivery to give customers peace of mind. Thus , I will take off one star hope you don’t mind.Overall, it was a good car buying experience, and I hope they continue to improve and build more trust with their customers.

Five star service!! Really, I was greeted within seconds of walking in. I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for other than what was within my price range. Everyone was patient and helpful as to what I needed until found the one! Thank you cars index for my new whip!

I wish I could give more stars. Chris Capen at the Horsham location was fantastic! I went to look at a specific car, but it didn’t have the heated seats that I wanted. Chris showed me several cars until we found the perfect one. The management staff were also wonderful. Such a friendly and helpful team!My daughter went with me to just browse cars and Chris found her a car that matched her budget(the same car as mine but newer and less bells and whistles). She was nervous about the process and she raved about how easy it was. This is my daughter’s first experience with buying a car.Thank you everyone. We are 2 satisfied and grateful customers!

Went in today to finalize a trade-in (‘08 CRV for ‘13 CRV) that Marco and ‘Uncle Larry’ worked out as a great deal and I mentioned that I have another car to swap out and would be heading to another dealer later today. They asked what my limit was and then showed me a beautiful Subaru that they were willing to bring down to my limit. So another amazing deal! Walked away with 2 cars for an amazing total. I would highly recommend this family run dealership, they will sit and take the time to get creative to make the customer happy. There was no pressure, only ideas and solutions. If you have a limited budget, go see Marc and Larry, they will work with you and you will leave with a great car at a great price!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the good people at Car Index, on York Rd. They had exactly the car I was looking for but are located a little too far away for me to reach them during business hours, due to my work schedule. They were more than happy to fulfill my needs from afar. Even offered to pay to have the car delivered to a location of my choosing. The vehicle just arrived today, in exactly the condition pictured and described. I couldn't be happy right now. If you're in the market for an excellent used car at reasonable price, I definitely recommend talking to the folks at Car Index. Specifically the one on York Rd in Warminster.
