I wanted to tell everyone about the excellent experience I had at CarsIndex on York Road in Warminster, Pennsylvania. My salesman Jarrod picked me up at the Philadelphia airport and brought me back to the dealership. He was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive, making the entire process smooth and stress free. The 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE 53 AMG I purchased was exactly as described and ready to go when I arrived. Kristy was instrumental in keeping my deal on track over the week it took me to get my financing and travel plans in order. She was always responsive, proactive, ensured everything was handled quickly and correctly. The honestly, communication, and customer care from start to finish truly stood out. I left confident in my purchase and highly recommend CarsIndex in Warminster for a fair, friendly, and professional car-buying experience.

I got into an accident back in August and my car had to get totaled. Came here to look at a specific car I liked and saw online. Everything was going smoothly and I was just waiting for the insurance company to send me my settlement so I could use it towards my down payment on the new car. I didn’t realize it would take the insurance company 2 months to send me the settlement. It was an absolute disaster waiting around, BUT Dan who helped me with the process of getting my new car was extremely patient with me. He was so nice to me throughout the whole process and situation and was very informative, the biggest help and blessing. When I finally got the settlement I went to get the car I wanted and it was such an easy process. Dan and Brandon were so great and I recommend this place. Everyone was extremely welcoming, comforting and very helpful. If you are looking to buying a car, this is the place to go. Definitely won’t disappoint!!!

An absolute breeze buying a car, they went above and beyond to assure the car was perfect and that I was happy with the purchase. Dan made me feel like I was buying a car off a friend not a salesman. Highly recommend these guys!

As first time car buyer going to a dealership is always nerve racking but Harry truly made our experience smooth. He very friendly and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Despite being short of staff he was extremely attentive and made us feel like we were in good hands. He went above and beyond. Truly a 10/10 experience!
