It had been a while since we were in the market for a used car. Marc and Harry made the experience easy. The test drive and paperwork were a breeze. They are very respectful and considerate of your needs. They are flexible and work with you to make a deal. I would highly recommend visiting this location if you are in the market for a used car.

I bought my first ever car from them on Memorial Day weekend. A Ruby Red colored 21 Subaru Legacy Sports caught my eye. Their price was really competitive. They are very honest as well. They don’t pressure you to buy anything.As soon as I arrived I was able to speak with the owner and his Nephew. I told them the car I had my eye on and in a blink of an eye they pulled the car around front for me and allowed me to test drive the car immediately. I was able to test drive solo so there is really no pressure and you’re able to review the car at your pace and liking.After coming back from the test drive and looking over it one more time they assured me it was a great car. I went to the bank to pick up my check and they had the car washed on my return. The buying process they make really simple, and again they don’t pressure you at all, even when I left to get the pre-approval check they said “if you don’t return it was a pleasure meeting with you”.Recently had my mechanic look it all over and he had to admit it was a great car. He confirmed the oil was still good all I needed were brakes and rotors, back driver tire pressure sensor, he topped off fluid and changed oil and filters. Also I replaced the control arms as they showed signs of wear but my mechanic told me I could’ve waited until next year inspection but I got it changed anyways since I do drive a lot as I work a lot. I did buy the 21 Subaru Legacy Sports with 121k miles. So a one owner high mileage car it’s expected the control arms would need to be replaced. So now I have peace of mind knowing she’s 100%.Again this dealership is awesome. They truly are honest and they source great cars. They won’t ever pressure you into a car. Either the deal works out or it doesn’t. No hard feelings either way they will treat you with respect through out the whole process. I even got to talk with the service manager who gave me his card that has his cell phone number on it and he said God forbid anything comes up you give me a call.

Purchsed an Audi A4 on 5/24/25, while the experience was very nice, within a day the car was stalling when at a slower speed or braked at a light. We put some fuel treatment in to see if that helped since the car may have sat for a bit. We don't drive the car much as it is a 16th birthday present but she isn't 16 until October. So we drive it a bit every so often just to keep it running. 2 weeks later Check engine light and EPC or ECP light is on and is still stalling. I know these cars are sold as is, but its not really good business to let someone buy a car and spend $10,000 cash no financing and not be upfront with the issues, after we even asked. Especially because they knew it was for our soon to be 16 year old. Now we are not sure what it will cost us to have this repaired in order for it to be safe for our daughter to drive in October. It is very dangerous to just stall out while driving and for a girl who will be learning in this car, we can't risk her getting into an accident due to this.Highly disappointed and it is a shame because I am buying another car for my grand daughter who is about to get her license at the end of this month (yes the granddaughter is older than my youngest by 10 months) and obviously won't be going back.UPDATE:LEAVING INITIAL INFORMATION SO PEOPLE CAN SEE HOW IT WAS HANDLED BECAUSE ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN EVEN WITH A NEW CAR.THE VERY NEXT BUSINESS DAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM HARRY WHILE I WAS AT WORK AND THEY LEFT ME A MESSAGE.I MUST SAY THIS.....I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE FOLLOW THROUGH.THEY HAVE OFFERED TO TAKE CARE OF THIS FOR US. I CALLED DAN THE SERVICE MANAGER AND WAS SUPER NICE AND EASY TO WORK WITH. WE WILL BE DROPPING OFF THE CAR SATURDAY FOR THEM TO WORK ON.THE FACT THEY ARE BACKING THE CARS THEY SELL MAKES ME FEEL VERY GOOD.DEFINITELY 5 STAR AT THIS POINT AS ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN WITH USED CARS BUT THEY ARE TAKING CARE OF US WHICH IS GRESTLY APPRECIATED

I purchased my 2019 Mazda 3 back in March at their County Line location. Mary was our sales advisor. She was wonderful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend her and would definitely purchase another vehicle from her in the future.Today I took my Mazda to their service center on York Rd for the first time. Dan and James were very friendly and polite, they had my vehicle in and out in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend their service center as well
